Principles behind the result
Rules before AI
Eligibility determinations and scores are produced by a deterministic rules engine (8 CFR 204.5(h)(3) and Matter of Dhanasar). AI may explain the frozen result in plain language but cannot override it.
Criteria must be corroborated
An EB-1A Yes answer does not count as met until follow-up detail is present. Developing claims are shown separately from met criteria.
No dead-end outcomes
Users who are not yet eligible receive a prioritized gap list and development roadmap instead of a simple rejection screen.
